Description:
A salute to perhaps my favorite of the Impressionism Masters, Edgar Degas (1834-1917). In his later years, Degas developed eyesight problems which led to using bolder and brighter colors, rougher brushstrokes and blurrier almost abstract scenes. This period in the 1870’s (along with Monet and others) ushered in the new era of Impressionists.
