You probably know this song as it topped the R&B and Pop charts in 1968 (posthumously after Redding sadly died in a plane crash) and won 2 grammy’s in 1969. As a result, this bluesy tune has been a popular cover and loved by people all over the world. And if you have ever been to San Francisco, you may have seen some sage guitar players, playing for tips, right there on the dock at Fisherman’s Wharf.
