Description:

It was one of the most reverent experiences in my life, stepping into the Sistine Chapel. The ceiling was more vibrant and breathtaking than I could have ever imagined. It took Michelangelo approximately 4 years to paint and covers over 500 square meters and over 300 figures. The Creation of Adam (for which I borrowed these hands) is among the most famous of paintings on the ceiling. And after a Priest prayed in several different languages, I looked around and saw people from all over the world, from different cultures, different religions but equally in awe. In that one moment, I felt the most incredible sense of oneness. Humans. That’s what we ALL are.
And it is in times like these, a world-wide health crisis, especially with significant isolation, that it is a good thing to have faith and to reach out to others.

We are not alone.
